Ronaldinho scores 50th Barcelona goal
Ronaldo de Assis Moreira, known to soccer fans as Ronaldinho, scored his 50th goal for Barcelona on Sunday, just one day before he is due to travel to Paris to receive the Golden Ball award.
The Brazilian, who was motivated by his confirmation as this year's Golden Ball winner, an award to the best player in the European soccer league, converted a penalty against Racing Santander after his first attempt on a penalty was denied by goalkeeper Aouate in the third minute.
In the second half, Ronaldinho again got to a penalty and made it with a skillful dribble that beat Racing's Pinillos on the leftside of the goal area.
Ronaldinho will appear on the cover of the next edition of France Football, the magazine which delivers the Golden Ball award. Enditem
